Only About Children Balwyn North is a purpose-built, three-storey private childcare centre providing 76 places. The project comprises a double-storey early learning facility above a basement car park.

The architectural design adopts a contemporary approach while referencing the established residential character of Balwyn North. Material selection draws from the surrounding streetscape, incorporating generous glazing, restrained detailing, and roof forms to create a modern childcare facility.
