Middle Park House

Set along Melbourne’s beachfront, Middle Park House is a three-storey family home balancing coastal ease with refined artisanal detailing. Original stained-glass windows from the site were carefully integrated into the bold, contemporary design, celebrating heritage within a modern context.

Externally, off-form concrete panels pair with charred timber cladding for a striking facade. Inside, hard plaster walls, marble-lined bathrooms, and a mix of timber and tile floors create a restrained yet elegant palette.

Vertically arranged to maximise the compact footprint, the ground floor includes guest bedrooms, a study, rumpus, and wine room opening to a secluded courtyard and pool. The first floor offers expansive kitchen, dining, and living spaces designed for entertaining with panoramic views, while the top floor provides private family retreats overlooking the coastline.

Every detail reflects expert craftsmanship, from the hand-paved pool to a sculptural spiral staircase and custom stone joinery. The result is a signature family home that pairs seaside elegance with luxury, contemporary living
