The Monash Family Community Co-operative was completed in 2010 for Monash University's Clayton campus. The new centre provides long day care and occasional care facilities, with the capacity to be used as a training facility.
The design of the centre zoned younger children to the western end of the building, with older children to the east. The layout of the playrooms ensures each room has a strong connection with the outdoor areas for indoor/outdoor activities. The large playground provides challenging play catered to suit the varying age groups catered for in the centre.
